pdf+latex export not compilable by latex if % characters exist in svg

Bug Description
When trying to convert graph like the one attached containing % characters, the resulting pdf_tex file cannot be compiled with LaTeX. It seems the converter doesn't put \ in front of %, and since % is inevitably followed by at least one } in the same line, LaTeX breaks.
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
InkScape: 0.91 r13725
