percent sign in text gives an error with pdf+latex output

Bug Description

When you have a percent sign in text on your image and produce a pdf+latex output, the percent sign in .pdf_tex are not escaped. And this produces an error when running pdflatex since a part of the string is considered a comment.

Need to add a backslash before % when exporting.
