Comment 31 for bug 1621234

This patch fix the issues in better way.
Also use currrent stroke width as base width in ellipse and triangle in/out.
I get a lot of problems with powerstroke -not related to this-, maybe go to it when finish this.

If get current stroke with is a problem I also add nest another patch without this.
