- Inkscape 0.48.2 (Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3)
   - libcairomm-1.0-1.dll (unidentified version)
   - libcairo-2.dll 1.10.2 (identified from PDF output)
- Inkscape 0.48.5 (portable, Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3)
   - libcairomm-1.0-1.dll (unidentified version)
   - libcairo-2.dll 1.11.2 (identified from PDF output)
- Inkscape 0.91 (portable, Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3)
   - libcairomm-1.0-1.dll (unidentified version)
   - libcairo-2.dll 1.11.2 (identified from PDF output)

And not reproducable on:
- Inkscape 0.46-2.lenny2 (Debian GNU/Linux 5.0 Lenny i386)
   - libcairomm-1.0-1 1.6.0-1 (Debian)
   - libcairo2 1.6.4-7 (Debian)
- Inkscape 0.48.3.1-1.3 (Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 Wheezy i386)
   - libcairomm-1.0-1 1.10.0-1 (Debian)
   - libcairo2 1.12.2-3 (Debian)
