Comment 49 for bug 1538361

Just tested with an updated Poppler lib (see Bug #1552913 for details), and all the files from comment #10 now import as expected, with no crash, error message or console warning.

But I'm not very happy with the workaround I had to apply (a bit dirty IMHO), and I'm not 100% sure there's no risk of regressions. Suggestion on a more elegant fix are welcome!
