Can you elaborate about the issue you're seeing on Windows and include what version of Windows you're using? In terms of it not being recognized anymore are you by any chance using a font manager to try and load it?

I tried to use the font in Inkscape 0.91 and current trunk and it shows 2/3 variants, however the following output seems to indicate why only 2/3 are available on my end "Warning: Font face with same CSS values already added: Steelfish Normal (Regular, Outline)".

Note: It's the outline and the italic variants which are available to me.
