I disagree about bug status 'Critical': Inkscape loads and renders the file correctly; the editing information was removed at some point intentionally (maybe not by the current user, but then likely by the author sharing the file).

Proposing to link as duplicate to one of the earlier report (the symptom is present in any plain, optimized or externally coded SVG file which removes or does not explicitly add the editing information for multiline text).
