could you provide a sample svg file containing a pasted emf image, produced using Inkscape 0.48?

the reason I am asking is because I do not have any software capable of copying an emf file to clipboard. I did this experiment using Inkscape 0.48 and using Microsoft Paint to copy an emf image to clipboard, but what I got in Inkscape was a png image, not emf, and it was linked, not embedded.
