Hello ,
it is Ok with 90 DPI , i have not see the changement in résolution bitmap exportation
i think it is accidently changed from default 90 DPI to 1 DPI

Default export resolution for bitmap images is 90dpi - could you please
try again using a larger output resolution than 1dpi, or otherwise

reasons why you need a tiny 3x5px PNG image of the SVG drawing)?
