Bug Description

Replicate

1. Add two lines of text within the same text area (Line A and Line B).
2. Select Line B (either using the mouse or cursor keys + shift key).
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+T to display the Text and Font panel.
4. Set the Font family to Droid Sans.
5. Set the Style to Normal.
6. Set the Font size to 12.
7. Click Apply.

All good to here. Next:

8. Change the Font size to 14.
9. Click Apply.

Expected Results

User can apply the revised font size change for the currently selected text.

Actual Results

The Apply button is disabled. This is unexpected because the user did not deselect the text, which implies that the most recently selected font (Droid Sans) should still be selected.

Workaround

User must re-select the font (e.g., Droid Sans) to enable the Apply button.
