Nothing from the command window. But I did figure out the folowing:

I installed: inkscape-0.91-x64.msi which I assume is the 64-bit version.

I was able to get a debug message:

Unhandled exception at 0x0000000077C98E5D (ntdll.dll) in inkscape.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x0000000000030F18.

I don't have any debug symbols or anything - it didn't show any more of a
stack trace or anything. When I click "Show Dissasembly" - the Windows
debugger crashes :(
