Snap does not work with ctrl click and bezier tool

To reproduce:

-Enable all snap tools.
-Add a horizontal guide.
-Select the Bezier tool.
-Move the cursor over the guide and wait for it to snap.
-Quickly move it offset a bit and press CTRL-Lclick.
-Notice the node is not placed on at the snap location.

If the offset is larger than the snap distance, then this is expected behavior. By default, the snap distance is set to 20 pixels for guides (see the document properties, snapping tab). Is your quick move leading to a displacement of more than 20 pixels?

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.5 and trunk rev. 14165.

Using the Ctrl key seems to release the cursor from any snapping. The snapping tooltip is still active and the cross shows on the snapping point, but the node is created at the mouse cursor's location.

The snapping mechanism itself does seem to work properly, as the light pre-snap indicator changes to a dark snap indicator at the right location. The Bézier tool itself however doesn't use the snapping point though. I will fix this.
