Snapping doesn't work after escape key used

To reproduce:

-Open inkscape.
-Enable all snapping buttons.
-Draw a rectangle.
-Select the Bezier tool. and select Regular bezier path mode.
-Snap to the upper left rectangle corner, click once, and snap to the upper right corner, then click once again.
-Press Escape.
-Hover over any of the rectangle corners and you will see that it doesn't snap while the Bezier tool is still selected.

To recover:
-Click the Freehand tool, then the Bezier tool, and now snapping works again.

OS: Win 7.

- reproduced with 0.91+devel rev <= 13784,
