Comment 4 for bug 1397317

Apparently the patch is very short and doesn't affect translatable strings. Therefore I suggest we fix it in 0.91.

Since Launchpad supports multi-projects reports, I'm going to mark this one duplicate of Bug #1192746 and add Inkscape related comments there.
