Comment 86 for bug 1389723

I have committed to trunk an improved version of my patch (partially based on Jabiertxof's patch) to handle the DPI change by setting an appropriate 'viewBox' attribute. I could not get the DPI switcher part of Jabiertxof's patch to work (the resulting SVG images extended way outside the document area) and am waiting for his feed back. There are "hooks" in my patch for DPI switcher so it should be trivial to add that as an option when all issues are resolved.
