Comment 7 for bug 1389723

I'm not sure the proposed solution is acceptable in all cases: for example in square.svg no resize in the page nor for the rectangle are needed.
The same applies if the page size is expressed in mm but the drawing is in px rather than having both the page and the drawing in px.
Resizing the whole document tout court could not always be the right thing to do (please, consider I didn't try the proposed solution in all cases so my thoughts are only speculations).
