Comment 18 for bug 1389723

Hi,
    I just tested rev 13680. As far as I can tell the behavior has deteriorated since the previous version. I get the warning message saying that Inkscape has received additional information, and it shows me the scale factor of 1.066666667 which is unneeded and did not happen previously.

When I try Case 1 from comment 15, I get the attached result which is unexpected, the original version was better
