2015-07-08 06:55:00 su_v description The tool descriptions (when my mouse highlights a tool) don't work in Windows when the layout is customized to High Contrast. I suppose the reason has something to do with the black tool descriptions appearing on a black background. It still works when I use the normal contrast setting.
