- Create an object (a rectangle)
- Drag the object, without letting go of the left mouse button
- While continuing to move your mouse at a non-zero speed, right click down without letting go of either the left or right mouse button.

I don't see that much of a difference, but since I can't even try to reproduce this (can't open context menu while dragging a selection without mouse, using built-in touchpad), I'll let others triage and track progress for the two reports.
