Line tool - Ignores last used style when mm is default unit

Bug Description
Hi.
Summary pretty much says it all, I assume.
Version of Inkscape I discovered the issue: Inkscape 0.48+devel r13397.
Inkscape 0.48+devel r12217 is not affected as I can see.
To reproduce the behaviour, just open Inkscape empty. Draw any line. Then go to Document properties and set default unit to mm.
Make sure that Preferences/
Then draw another line. Change it's thickness to, say 2mm. Draw another line. My bet is that the next line won't have the same thickness as the last one.

Could you please provide details about the setting for stroke scaling used for the 'steps to reproduce'?
