Bug Description
Hello,
I have seen a bug opened some months ago but I was unable to recover it, so I'm opening a new one since I consider this is a compelling problem . I recently moved from a 13,3", 1366x768 screen to a newer 1920x1080 screen.
The problem I'm facing is that, despite my graphic work becoming better thanks to the increase in the screen real estate, I'm troubling a lot in selecting nodes and handles. Having increased the dpi of my laptop made their "physical" size too little to achieve a decent workflow (doing a little math, it is basically two times smaller).
I honestly would love to see an option to increase the node size into the preferences window! I'm running ubuntu 14.04 + inkscape trunk ppa and there's no sign of it.
Thanks for the help,
Alessandro

(the report alevice had commented on earlier)
The node handle size in Inkscape trunk can be adjusted in
'Inkscape Preferences > Input/Output > Input Devices > Handle size'
