object-visible missing

When I start Inkscape, I get in the console:

(inkscape.exe:1144): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon 'object-visible'. The 'hicolor' theme
was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.

Inkscape trunk (0.91) on Windows 8.1, x64 version. Compiled using the directions here:

Inkscape seems to run fine, but I don't know what the "object-visible" icon is and where I should look for it.

just makes Inkscape crash instead, so that doesn't work.

Specifically, inkscape r13425. And, I used x86_64-4.9.0-release-posix-sjlj-rt_v3-rev2.7z instead when compiling, which is a newer version of mingw.

Which happens to be extra small, along with the padlock icon. See bug 1330027.

AFAIU the warning message is bogus - what appears to be missing in the installed Windows package (in the 64bit devlibs, too) is the file 'index.theme' for the 'hicolor' icon theme [1]. The inkscape icon 'object-visible' is present (it is loaded from inkscape's icons.svg file unless provided by the configured gtk icon theme).
