Inkscape GUI SIGSEGVs on start-up when High-Delight theme is in use

Changing theme to any other (Rodent, GNOME, HDelta, ...) fixes the issue.

Please provide information about OS/distro/desktop and Inkscape version (see menu 'Help > About Inkscape').

Any additional information about the custom theme would be nice (including download link). Is it a gtk theme or an icon theme?
