Flowed text: segfault occurs when copying text from flow region

Segmentation fault occurs on Flowed text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create Flow region
2) Type characters
3) Drag some/all characters
4) Copy them (Ctrl-C or from context menu)

Backtrace attached.

Build & Platform:
Build 2013-09-21 on ArchLinux (x86_64)

Versions:
Inkscape trunk-r12557
gcc 4.8.1

Reproduced with r12557 on OS X 10.7.5 (same backtrace).

Testing with archived builds:
- works with rev <= 12531
- crashes with rev >= 12532

With rev <= 12531, copying a highlighted selection from flowed text produces this console message, but no crash:
e.g. with r12487:

(inkscape-12487:47077): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from `SPString' to `SPItem'

This patch should fix that, please confirm this is working for you.
Note that the style (font, size, ...) of the selected text is not copied along. But this has never worked before it seems.
