Please provide information about your OS/platform and Inkscape version (see Inkscape menu 'Help > About Inkscape'), and attach sample files which expose the reported problem (the 2 original PDFs [*] as well as the third exported PDF file) to allow further investigation.

[*] If these two PDFs have been created based on 2 Inkscape SVG files, please attach the SVG files as well.
