Crash when trying to open hyperlinks in help-menu

I'm running inkscape on an XP virtualbox. When I try to open any hyperlink in the help-menu, inkscape crashes (except "Introduction to inkscape", which correctly opens the corresponding inkscape tutorials).
Error outputs:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime Error"

and

"Inscape encountered an internal error and is being closed now. "

Using
Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) 11.0.51106

Reproduces everytime, with any existing document open and a new blank document.

Not reproduced under debian wheezy inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886.

Do you need any further information? I can't try it on a "real" windows installation, since I only run it on a virtualbox (don't know if that has any influence...).

I confirm the same errors as in Bug #631281, I think it is a duplicate. I'll continue commenting on Bug #631281 entry.
