Comment 48 for bug 1131428

Dear all,

I've been struggling with this for some time (Windows 10 64 bit). Today I apparently found a solution that solved my problem not by changing inkscape but Windows. My problem was related to the scroll setting. As soon as I changed Xmouse in Windows to be able to "scroll through active windows and inactive modern apps" inkscape started working correctly. I honestly don't know how to fix this other than activating this option in Winaero Tweaker. I know they tweak with the regedit but my knowledge is limited. Hope this helps somehow.
