Shape handles - use keyboard arrow buttons to move

Also applies to develop versions. In this particular moment I run Inkscape 0.48+devel r11826.

Consider this as a feature request.

I wish there was possible to use the keyboard arrow keys to precisely move handles for shapes when node tool or the shapes own tool is active. That is when the mouse pointer is hovering above the shape node.

To achieve this with a rectangle, there is as far I know two ways around:
* Make the shape to a path and then move the nodes when selected (not the prefered method).
* Use guide (not prefered because like shape nodes, guides cannot be moved by keyboard arrows).
