Bug Description
Can't open Inkscape.
error window that pops up says:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
I'm on a Toshiba, Windows 7

Try this:
Completely shut down your computer, wait a minute or two and then boot it again. Now try to start Inkscape. Based on other user reports, after such a cycle (shutdown, pause, boot) Inkscape should start again without crash.
This issue might reoccur though (for reasons unknown so far, but often reported by users after a Windows or security update).
