Note: Ubuntu distributes its own locale packages with translations for Inkscape and does not use the translations which are provided by the Inkscape project.

AFAICT this is a duplicate of
Bug #787311 “ inkscape main menu item name in Chinese translation errors. "path" menu is translated as "粘贴". should be "路径" ”
