Bug Description

I created a simple file in Inkscape and then adusted the size of the canvas to match the drawing. When including this file in a latex document via inkscapes command line PDF_TEX mechanism as detailed in http://mirrors.ctan.org/info/svg-inkscape/InkscapePDFLaTeX.pdf, the drawing is significantly different.

I've inluded screen shots both of the Inkscape view and the view within the PDF generated from PDFLatex.

Kile calls inkscape from the command line to generate the pdf_tex file(s).

The issue is not related to PDF export nor to PDF+LaTeX export: connector lines are incorrectly rerouted on document load - this occurs whenever the file is (re-)opened in Inkscape (GUI or command line).

The trigger is a combination of connected object types (Inkscape shapes) and their stack order relative to the connector lines: in this case, the second green circle (top right) is stacked on top of the connector lines. Attached modified file (all connectors are stacked on top of the connected shapes) exports fine to PDF (from the GUI and from the command line, with or without LaTeX support).
