Comment 18 for bug 1024690

I have just observed this bug in v0.92 on Windows 10.

i.e., sodipodi:docname not updated following "Save As ...".

I noticed when the svg file appeared blank when I upload it to my WordPress site library. The previous version of the file had uploaded without problem so I compared the two versions and saw the incorrect filename. After manually editing it the file uploaded to the library without problem.
