Not reproduced on Windows 10 with Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (64bit, 7z), unless during the current session, a different type of bitmap image was previewed or part of an SVG file opened earlier (e.g. a TIF or JPEG image, linked or embedded): repeated pastes of Print Screen images (unsaved) into the initial new document of a new session do not trigger a crash.

Console message if crash is triggered by paste (from clipboard):
(inkscape.exe:1440): GLib-GObject-Warning **: cannot register existing type 'GdkPixbufGdipAnim'

(that warning indicates same issue as tracked in bug #1467103)
