[Regression]Mouse wheel to change volume stopped working on Saucy

Using Saucy i can't use the mouse wheel to change the volume anymore.

Yes, scrolling on the sound indicator to change the volume doesn't work anymore, though scrolling still works inside the indicator menu. I hope it will be fixed soon.

I assume it is probably related:
It is also not possible to middle mouse click on the sound icon to mute it (works in raring but not in saucy). If this is not related I will open another bug report.

    attributes on the root item. The bugs won't be fixed until both
    branches land, though. Please the other merge request for a
