Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue on desktop and laptop. First I thought the problem with my hardware. But after making fresh install on Dell laptop, I'm experiencing the same issue.

The GUI freezes completely except for mouse cursor. If I wait for a few minutes there is a chance it will unfreeze. CTRL+ALT+F2 is not working for me.

I installed latest updates but nothing seems to work.
