Comment 16 for bug 1767893

Ubuntu 18.04 fresh install, with multiple gnome extensions.

Randomly freezes GUI, only mouse cursor is responsive. ALT+F2 is also not working, but with CTL+ALT+F4 you can access terminal. This happens usually when using opera/firefox, or when watching some video at full screen, but I still don't have a reproducible pattern.

With TOP I see that gnome-shell is consuming 100% of CPU with high PID. I tried to open gedit and says that GTK is not available.

So seems that problem comes from gnome interface, I don't know how to extract more data like extensions use, errors, logs etc., so if someone tells how to do a correct report I will do it.
