Cape Caneveral is ok since adjusted manually.
Others are still wrong.
e.g.
New York City shouldn't be UTC, it should be -5 from UTC or -6 from Berlin.
The other options of New York aren't any better.
Barcelona should be the same time as Madrid.
dconf shows NYC and Barcelona assigned to Africa.
