That's why I don't like per-CPU indicator approach.
Instead, I'm going to implement switching governors for all cores (and displaying something like the mean frequency for all of them, perhaps). I shall get back to this as soon as I finish my thesis. If anyone comes up with a patch before this, I'll gladly accept that.
