Comment 14 for bug 365187

pretty sure that's it, I changed the timeout to 1 second, and IM'ed myself about 100 times, and I can see indicator-applet's CPU time go up every second even after the notifications are gone. Changed it to priv->time_update_min = g_timeout_add_seconds() and that behavior goes away.
