Enable managers of departments, offices and facilities to log in with the Manager role, search for and update records and reports for employees in managed department, office or facility.

Set the Manager role in the position or with the office/facility or department, not in the employee (documented in UC-PT32, UC-PT73 and UC-PT75).

Affected use cases and requirements are: REQ-PT25; UC-PT23, 27, 29, 31, 32, 38, 48, 68, 73, 75, 79, 82. Log in is documented in UC-PT48. Search is documented in UC-PT38. View a record is documented in UC-PT82. Manager review of applications is documented in UC-PT79.
