Ok, I tested it a bit and it seems to be a bug in Google Earth. Multiple tracks import ok (they are placed in multiple folders), but only the tracks in the first folder are shown. You can cut-and-paste the tracks from the other folders in the parent folder or the first folder, and they will appear. It seems to have sth. to do with the <TimeSpan> tags for the folders that are created by GE which determines the first track.
So this is technically not a bug in igotu2gpx, although it makes importing tracks in GE harder than it needs to be. I think the solution will be to export directly to kml, which should work around the bug of the GE importer.
