Touch screen of HDMI Lilliput Monitor do not work

If we connect the touch screen of the Lilliput HDMI monitor to the USB OTG port, Linux receives touch events (at least there is data getting out of the input device) but Android do not react (or very strangely, as if X and Y axis were reversed).

This may be related to bug #915890 ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/igloocommunity/+bug/915890 ) as the resolution fo the screen being in fact unknown, I'm not sure the touch screen could work correctly, but at least we should have *some* relatively predictible action.

Note We have both a 10" and a 7" screen and no-one work (the touch controller is probably different on both screens, as the 10" screen is multi-touch while the 7" is not).
