Unable to launch any application after bootup. device is unusable thereafter. Other times device does not bootup completely and just hangs displaying "android" animation screen. Reproducible: =========== Yes, 5/5 time IMPACT: ======== Snowball board unusable with this build. Steps: ========== 1. Flash https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/snowball-ics-gcc46-igloo-stable-blob/#build=201 2. Bootup device, Issue: 1. Immediately after bootup is complete notification on UI says - " Unfortunately, Launcher hs stopped " , can't open main menu to select any apps therefore . 2. Other times complete bootup does not happen - device stays stuck at "android" animation logo Hardware: ========== 8GB class 10 transcend SD card Snowball V11 HDMI out to Monitor USB mouse connected before bootup.
