I note that Dell recently announced (http://www.dell.com/content/topics/global.aspx/corp/pressoffice/en/2007/2007_10_22_rr_000) that it will be selling their systems in retail stores (e.g. here in Canada Staples recently announced that they are selling Dells). As they're the only major OEM to ship Linux systems to average users, I suggest that we consider them the primary focus for our efforts. Consider Dell's Ideastorm Idea #103088:
