Comment 1 for bug 603267

The item had stopped after the preprocessor and waited for RePublishing. It was originally loaded with repub_state -1 (not the -127 that is used to signal that we're skipping RePublisher) and language=eng. Language was later corrected, but not the repub_state.

I've pushed it manually through the postprocessor and it's now deriving
