Display of the Admins section depends on the logged-in user having privs for the item's primary collection. I think you'll find that the problem exists for all items whose primary collection is nlsnavylists, because that collection has as its own collection value "nationalibraryofscotland" (with only one L), which doesn't exist. Presumably that was meant to be "nationallibraryofscotland," with two L's. As a result of the mistake, nlsnavylists is *not* a descendant of "texts," and those with "texts" privs do not have admin access to items in the collection. Fix nlsnavylists and the problem should go away, although it may take 24 hours, due to caching of the collection structure.
