Comment 4 for bug 677130

I tried to see on the videotape what was showing on-screen just before the submit, but the detail wasn't quite great enough to distinguish between a period and a colon. We can, though, see in the transcript that was submitted above what the program read from that part of the form:

Replacing track 17 attribute "end"
    OLD VALUE:
    NEW VALUE: 198.33

That's fairly conclusive evidence that the operator did, in fact, type 198.33.
