The error message indicates exactly what the problem is: the operator entered "198.33" for the "end" time of track 16_Allegro_vivace and the program doesn't know what's meant by that (it's expecting "mm:ss", or minutes and seconds separated by a colon), so it stopped at that track and didn't submit anything. The operator probably meant "198:33", but it's difficult for the program to know that.

When this happens, use the "back" button to return to the previous screen, correct the mis-punctuated value, and try to submit again.
