If I understand correctly, this bug report is /actually/ that the application should start-up with a sensibly-sized window (FSVO sensibly) rather than being 450x375 pixels in size when the available desktop area in most cases is considerably bigger; the a larger window the likely-hood that the whole description fits on the line is increased.
