update-manager 0.124.11, Ubuntu Karmic
1. Disconnect from AC power.
2. Start Update Manager.
What you see: An alert with
* the ugly title "update-manager"
* primary text "Running on battery"
* secondary text "Your system is running on battery. Are you sure you want to continue?"
* buttons in the wrong order, "Continue" and "Close".

One other issue, I use shortcut keys frequently and this dialog has alt-c assigned to both continue and close. As a result Alt-c doesn't work for either option.
If this is more appropriate as a new bug report I can open one.
